VU DU SOL is shipping with Swiss Post or DHL within Switzerland, Europe and internationally. For orders over CHF 200.00 we offer free standard shipping. Please note that we need 1-2 working days to prepare your order. The following delivery conditions apply to shipping:

Standard delivery within Switzerland takes approx. 2-5 working days after VU DU SOL has accepted and confirmed your order. Please understand that orders outside of Switzerland can take longer, up to 14 working days after VU DU SOL has received and confirmed your order. You can have it shipped via express delivery for an additional fee. For more information, please contact: info@vudusol.ch.
Depending on the country of destination, additional import costs / duties might apply.

PAYMENT

The prices are given in Swiss Francs (CHF). The current prices apply. Payments can be made by invoice / bank transfer or credit card. After the money has been received, the goods will be sent. Additional taxes / duties / fees apply depending on the country of destination.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please choose your belt carefully (and with lots of love and joy) to avoid additional shipping costs. Each belt is photographed in detail for support. Please note that the colors may vary slightly depending on the settings on your screen. If you still have to return a belt, please contact: info@vudusol.ch then send the belt to the following address:
VU DU SOL Ruth Knipping, Heinrichstrasse 219, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland.
After we have been receiving the belt, a replacement will be sent to you within 5 working days or the amount paid will be refunded to you.
Please understand that we cannot assume any shipping costs or customs fees for exchanges. Items purchased at a discounted price cannot be exchanged. Returned items must be in perfect condition, of course tried on, but without any signs of use.
